The biggest difference I have found with your stock is the elimination of what I will call "Hand and Body Distortion." That is, with all factory stocks you must "distort" your hand and body out of their natural positions to fit the stock and grip. With most of my other guns (as compared to yours), I found I was having to stretch my hand out to reach the trigger, and "crouch" into the creek rest until I found my sight position. An illustration of a distorted grip would be an unatural amount of space between the fingers - hand spread too open - in order to adjust your hand to the grip, or conversely, fingers gripped too tightly together. 'Same thing with the body in terms of shoulder and cheek position - with factory guns one must conform, or distort, their shoulder, neck and head positions to fit the stock.
A further observation would be "Pressure Points." When I grip your stock, with the natural palm swell, angle of grip and overall fitting, there is even pressure to be felt throughout my hand as I grip. Actually, with your stock, "Hold" would be a better word than "Grip." "Grip" sounds more like what one does to a factory stock, with the need to overcome pressure points, which are usually to be felt at the finger joints and heel of the palm.
My belief is that for optimum accuracy, all of ones concentration should be able to be focused on the sight picture, and the trigger release. Body and hand distortions require you to hold an unnatural tension during the shot, and grip pressure points disrupt the evenness of your trigger release. When I shulder your stock, it's like slipping on my most comfortable pair of shoes - perfectly molded to my body and hand. With this naturally relaxed postion, the gun seems to "float" in my hands, and with a sensation of being lighter than it actually is, all of which allows for a more balanced release, and thus getting into the "zone."
And then forget all this accuracy stuff - the gun is just beatutiful to look at, and the stock is so smooth and luxurious. What a pleasure.

The grip couldn't fit my hand any better. It is like you took a mold of my hand and built a grip around it! Thank you for another beautiful job." Gordon
Response to Paul Bishop is a great craftsman!"Built for shoooters by a shooter...Paul has a gift for "spacial intellgence" in 3D. As I am sure you aware pictures do Paul's work zero justice. When you pick up one of Paul's creations to shoot it is a bonding experience like no other". Carl
